For the highest demand on accuracy, a prime lens is available for percussion drilling, precision cutting and ablation eliminating all errors besides those from the axes system. With this module machining is possible by moving the CNC axes only.

GL.scan:
For precise and dynamic fabrication of structures and engravings the GL.3/5 can be equipped with a precision scanner system. These additional two axes move the laser beam across the workpiece and offer the maximum flexibility.

GL.trepan:
GL.trepan is a specialised optic for the pro-duction of precision boreholes in the range of micrometers. Trepanning with an angled beam enables to influence the borehole geometry (cylindrical, positive and negative conical) and results in a significant increase in drilling efficiency.

GL.vision:
This optical measuring system alleviates the positioning of the workpiece below the laser. You also have the capability to measure optically. The GL.vision is controlled by the central controlling unit GL.control.

GL.mcu:
This flexible manual control unit allows an easy control in the set-up mode. Particularly the adjustment of workpieces can be viewed directly during their movement. Thus the handling ergonomics are considerably enhanced.

GL.clamp:
For a repeatable clamping of your workpieces the GL.3/5 can be equipped with a precision clamping system from Erowa. Your workpieces are therefor picked up in palettes. The clamping happens pneumatically. Clamping systems from different manufacturers are available on request.

GL.om3:
Operation mode 3 may be used for process observation. With certain safety precautions this operation mode allows to engage the laser whilst the guard door is opened.
