For the validation of hole geometries as well as their flows precision flow test benches are required for developing departments as well as for the running production. Long-standing experience like the matchless know-how in prototype construction makes it possible that the GFH GmbH can offer customised flow test benches of high quality standards to its customers. The present conceived and realised flow test benches in the market of the automotive, diesels and big diesel sector are unique.

A system has been developed for the research of the flow of components as well as for injectors for the high pressure-direct gasoline injection. Test components up to a pressure with 300 bar and a flow of 300 l/h can be measured. A big advantage of these systems is an ingenious security model which allows pursuing the system without ex-protective components. Furthermore there is the possibility in measuring the flow with a different needle rise. The pintle hub can be adjusted in the µ-metre-sector. Flow test benches in the application of the diesel injection components are offered. Feasible are measurements in the pressure range of 0-300bar and in a flow range of 0-25 l/min.

For the specific research of the SHFM (Single Hole Flow Measurement) a system was currently invented which validates every single hole in a clamping, concerning his flow but without a significant influence on the entire flow.

With an entire flow measurement as well as with the single hole flow measurement counter pressure can be put up onto 0-200 bar.

The implementation of exactness measurements from +/-0.1% through the entire flow measurement of 0-25 l/min requires the assignment of three accurate measuring systems which are integrated in a self regulating unit.
